• "Beat on Wrist" is the stand alone Apple Watch app. which tells the beats of music to your wrist with the vibrations.

Apple Watch often turns off the screen to keep the battery and display life.
And any Apps including "Beat on Wrist" also stop at the same time.
So many developer have been tried to resolve this problem. Unfortunately, nobody can fix but Apple.(at spring 2016)
